Hello, I bought this incubator after finding dead chicks in the chicken coup. It works great I took the rest of the eggs in the coup and incubated them. I had to use this along with the automatic little giant farm egg turner. I pretty much set it up put water in put the eggs in and forgot about it until one day my wife heard chirping from the basement. Then we took the eggs out of the egg turner and left them in the incubator to find beautiful chicks that I had help create. It was a wonderful feeling and great product. My second time using it I did not candle the eggs properly and put in eggs that did not contain chicks only to have the eggs explode with a disgusting green foul smelling rotting sludge. The incubator and turner was easy to clean and still works fine.Overall I recommend this product to anyone who has a small scale chicken operation. We have a small flock of 12 chickens that keeps expanding it was a fun and easy experience.

Set eggs in this incubator and started developing embryos. For some reason the embryos die. I do not think that this incubator holds the temperature right. I am not sure why they did not include a fan to distribute the air inside. Cheaply made. Stay away!

I love it, after 17 days used it with preset temperatures I got 11 hatching quail on total 15 in incubator, and next log will be 50 eggs still in the process right now, this is great incubator.

This product has a one month warranty from the time it is shipped. The thermostat stopped working half way through our first incubation.

Works perfectly and lasted 5 years with me! I added a cheap computer fan and my temperature is 99-102. Best incubator I have and best chicken eggs hatching 28/30 chicken eggs.

Keeps temperature really even, and is exceptionally well designed. I love the big windows and the thought put into the overall design of this incubator. The lid can be flipped and seated neatly inside the base for easy storage at half the height. I love the easy-to-use controller and the fact that it is countersunk into the top makes this unit ideal for stacking. There are channels at the back for running digital fan or thermometer cables into the unit, and the plastic mesh tray in the bottom is a HUGE improvement over the metal ones that always corrode. I fully intend to buy more of these. They're a great investment.

Our 1st hatch rate was over 60%, but I believe the lower number was due to human error as opposed to device error.FYI, the temperature can swing pretty good if you unplug it for a moment and plug it back in.

MY 8YO daughter bought this with some of her money, to incubate her duck eggs, Her ducks were only 20 weeks old in the fall when she collected them, so, for many reasons they didnt hatch(first of all prob not fertalized). ...But she really wanted to try. it. She loved turning them, and we did the x o method. It was easy to clean and I'm quite sure about it working in the spring.

I ordered my incubator 3 days ago and it not expected to be here until MARCH 13-21! I kind of need it sooner, but I guess oh well it gets here when it gets here. Other than that it looks like a good product, I am ordering the egg turner with it so that I don't have to turn them by hand if I have to go shopping in another town for a day.

The temperature fluctuates. I figured out how to control it. You open up one of the window just a little and slide it open and shut and it works fine.

I bought this to hatch quail eggs, I set 15 eggs in it. When I candled around 8 days, I was pretty sure only 14/15 eggs I had set were fertile. This incubator worked great but needed a few tweaks. Without a fan it was hard to keep the temps stable in there. So I bought a small USB fan and set it inside the incubator. That helped a lot. I had a temperature spike one day but the eggs seemed to do ok. Keeping the humidity stable was a little tricky, but I didn't use anything to measure the humidity. On hatch day, things started looking dry so I upped the humidity by adding water. I think I upped it too much because one of the babies got stuck in the egg and died. I had two more that were slow to hatch and the incubator started to get dry so I had to help them out. (mistake) They both ended up dying a couple days later. All in all, it was a good starter incubator, wasn't too expensive and got the job done. I ended up with way more quail babies than I expected, especially for a newbie. If you purchase this incubator, definitely invest in a cheap USB fan. The one I used stood up on it's own.

This brand/model has nothing less than the popular Hova Bator, works great, keeps the temperature steady, I have hatched quite a few reptile eggs with this, with no issue

The actual product worked fine. I did order two and only one came; I was charged for two on my credit card. I had to contact the company who finally informed me the product was backordered so the second one wouldn't be coming. I feel if I wouldn't have investigated; I would have been charged and not received anything. I needed two for my job and now and I can't complete the project planned. Poor customer service; quality product.
