They are adorable!! They are for my granddaughters birthday this weekend. I’m sure they will fit. I also purchased a jacket and umbrella. She will be the cutest ladybug ever!!

The plastic on the boots is thinner than most rain boots, but our daughter loves the decoration. But, they are pretty big, so they'll have to wait for next year to wear.

I love love love them!! Why? Because my 2 year old granddaughter love love loves them. She can put them on all by her self. It's okay they are a little large. We can put extra socks on her feet and maybe tissue paper inside the toe area of the boots. She is growing so fast in a couple of months they will probably only need extra socks on her feet. I don't have any answers for question 2 or 4. I'm not the one wearing them.
