The packaging came in completely safe and undamaged. The plants are not quite as old/grown as tall as the image shows. I think these look to be around 20-22 weeks and they show 6 month old plants with wood stock in image. I think the plants are pricey but we are also getting them shipped live, so I understand. As a result, I will germinate and grow with my starter kit. I just can’t see ever using or needing this much herb for $ even though it’s decorative.I am updating this review to 2-stars now 4/5/2025, got these on 3/11, less than 1 month and 2 of the plants are withering away with sufficient new soil, water, and vitamin b-1 to boost root take up. It looks as though either a blight or some mite is eating the herb, which I’ve never heard of either affecting Rosemary, anyhow, Amazon issued a refund but, I need replacements at this point4/7 updateTook a closer look and found that 4 of 6 plants ordered have either a blight or more of some type. One of the feedback reviews on here mentioned mites and I doubted it since nothing eats rosemary, however this has me convinced they exist. I took my torch to the 4 plants last night to hopefully eradicate the threat since I have many other plants around these. Hopefully that solves it but I believe 2-3 of these are toast. I ordered a 4 pack from another supplier and those came in very healthy and much more full, no evidence of mites yet, we'll see what we get!

I have ordered the 6 variety of herbs twice now. The first time I received, rosemary, parsley, oregano, lavender, lemon balm, and mint. The oregano was half dead right away and died within a couple days. The parsley was only like 2 stems and they were broken so died. The mint was in horrible shape but I saved it. It was only one little stem now another sprouted. The lemon balm is doing great. Lavender died within 2 days. Rosemary had some black tips on a few leaves but is doing ok I guess. I placed a second order to give another chance and to see if you get other varieties. I received lavender again, lemon balm again, rosemary again, lemon verbena, garden sage, and eucalyptus. Rosemary had some root rot but I think I saved this one too. Lavender died immediately, garden sage came very wilted with little to no leaves and they were all black. I trimmed it up and it's perked up. Eucalyptus is 2ish stems and their leaves are half crispy. I'm waiting to see if it'll be okay. Lemon balm great again. Lemon verbena on the other hand is half dead Lea and other half yellow. I trimmed and now seeing what will make it. Not sure if they were already in poor condition before shipment or because of shipping. Hope everyone has better luck 🍀🤞

I got the product at 4:45 p.m. by UPS. With two day shipping which I strongly recommend this speed. I had only two plants went into shock. Only repot 4 of the plants because of the soil running out.Eucalyptus is strong and vibrant and suffered no ill effects of being shipped. By far the largest of the plants. I give it a good 16 inches. I could smell it.Rosemary is strong and vibrant.Lavender is doing fine and actually bigger than the store bought.Sage look slightly wilted. I gave it some plant food with water. Like all previous plants I reported themDue to my limit resources and waiting for my payment next month. I would need to buy some potting soil. The Parsley looks great and I hope it can hold on to Monday I can get some potting soil. The mint was in the worse shape. Unfortunately I will probably report in November because the pot is in right size. It was wilted. I placed an n the window sill that gets the morning sun. No bigger than seedlings.Despite the Sage and Mint being wilted with no brown leaves. Very few yellow leaves. I extremely confident that the Mint will recover and the sage as well. However the Sage damage came from UPS handling because it was being crushed by the other plants. I am extremely glad you had rubber bands because the damage would had been worse.

Perhaps it depends on the time of year you order or what they have in stock at the time, but I was pleasantly surprised at my box of herbs. I received a lavender, rosemary, sage, lemon balm, lemon verbena and a mint. The only one that looked a little rough was the sage; I trimmed it back and it seems to have recovered well. It’s been nearly a week now since I received them and they are all still alive and very fragrant!NOTE: there was no eucalyptus. The card that came in the box listed six different herbs: rosemary, thyme, lemon balm, eucalyptus, mint and lavender. Unfortunately I did not receive the thyme or eucalyptus. One of the plants did not have a label so I emailed the company; they promptly responded and confirmed it was a lemon verbena which I am thrilled to have received. It’s very big, very healthy, and smells amazing.Due to the nature of selling and shipping live plants, your experience might be different. But the plants were packaged pretty well, there was some sort of pack that kept them cold attached to the box, and they arrived two days before this stated delivery date. They were wrapped in plastic and had rubber bands around the bases; depending on how they were handling during shipping, I could see that potentially causing broken branches or stems, but mine were not damaged much. A little disheveled from the shipping, a bit of dirt on the bottom of the box, a few damaged leaves but otherwise okay. And all the plants except for the rosemary were shipped in moist soil. I thought they did a pretty good job.
