Can be used for more than just hats. I got this to store other items than hats. These ae a good size and fit on my closet shelves well. They don't stack all that well, they do a little on the back, but they are made out of fabric and cardboard. Fabric and cardboard doesn't stack all that well. The design and color looks like the pictures and they hold what I need. Ball caps fit in them well, I don't own 12 ball caps so I don't know how many will fit. With it zipped the top does not lay straight, it pulls to the right and I cannot get it to go straight. It does not effect the use of the product but it does really bother me. I am one who likes things straight. Other than that, they work as they should and are a good size.

I like this comes in a 2 pack so that I get one and so does my spouse, he mainly only wears baseball caps and they all fit into one case easily. My headwear is a bit more varied, so I share mine with my daughter, I don’t like stacking them, but he keeps one in his closet and we keep the other in mine, so no issue there. I like the beige color, it fits seamlessly with any decor. It is sturdy enough for its use.

I decided to use one of these "Livememory 2 PCS Hat Storage for Baseball Caps, Hat Organizer Box for Closet, Holds up to 12 Caps per Box L17 x W8.6 x H7.2 Inches (Brown Printed Wooden Grain)" zipper-topped storage bins for some cosmetic items, but they could be used for a large variety of items.Because these bins are generously-sized and rather deep at 17", if one chooses to use these on a shelf, be aware that there will be overhang if the shelf isn't deep enough. I really enjoy the design with 2 zippers, a nice window in the front and space at the back of the bin for taller items.The faux wood design is a little cheesy but still okay in my opinion, but these bins hold a lot and the build is quite good despite being collapsible. I could imagine using these on a closet shelf for scarves, camisoles, seasonal socks, etc. Not only that but these would also be good for storing various kinds of crafting supplies.There are handles on either side of each bin, a soft "window" to view the contents and 2 zippers per storage bin. I like the unusual but clever design and could very much see how well that these would work for neatly organizing and storing baseball caps. I'm glad to have taken a chance on these bins because they are so versatile for quite a few purposes.When not in use, these bins can be collapsed by removing the hard bottom insert and neatly folding them down and storing flat until needed again. I would very much recommend these not only for neatly organizing baseball caps, but also for a variety of other items where deep and varied height storage bins are needed. Thanks for reading.

Love, love, love these cases! I have had a large tub of caps that were my Dad's and need to sort through them. Until I get around to that, these worked beautifully to hold them and put on a shelf. I actually fit 15 or so in each but as I sort through I'll be minimizing it down for the keepers and they will fit nice and loose. I really like that the closure is a zipper and not simply velcro like some. The canvas material is well constructed. The only thing I wish it had was a pocket on the end to put a label of what's inside, but I can make my own. Perfect size for men's larger baseball caps, so would definitely work well for women or for kids/youth storage.

I'd like to mention a couple improvements these hat storage bins would benefit from : firstly, they need a handle on top so you can pick them up and carry them easily. They have handles on the sides, but that forces you to use two hands if you want to keep the bin level. Secondly, it would be easier to minimize storage space if these were totally stackable. They kind of stack on the back end, but because of the angle in the front, the edges don't meet and it leaves a gap in front when stacked. Other than that, I find these bins a good plus - the materials are inexpensive making them cost effective, but good enough quality that you can use them with normal use without expecting them to rip. There is a zipper pull on each side so you can use one to zip fully around, or two to have them meet in the middle front. The zipper works just fine. The clear window allows you to see the hats in front, but not the hats in the back. You still need to undo the zipper to get the hat out whether you can see it or not. I like the faux wood grain style, it's a little more interesting and a more elevated look over just plain white, grey or black. Also, the ad says it holds 12 hats, but you may well be able to fit more hats than that if you pack them well.

These are the perfect storage containers for all of those baseball caps. They are waterproof but don't emit that PU odor that I've experienced with this type of material. Easily fits so many hats, love that it's dustproof and waterproof - pops right open, drop in the reinforced base and it's good to go!
