I like everything about it for the price I paid, except the height. I wish it was a little higher. It’s sorta firm, but soft. I slept comfortably on it last night.

We have 3 kids and so far this couch has survived with no issues. Stains are easy to clean and it still looks brand new, no matter what they do to it! Great size and easy assembly. There was an initial error with the delivery, and their communication has been excellent in getting everything resolved for us.

WOW! I searched for months on amazon for a couch, I read hundreds of reviews, descriptions, etc and finally found this one that I fell in love with!I have two dogs and twin 2 year olds so getting a beige/light colored couch was horrifying to me but it’s exactly what I wanted and I am so glad I got this! The fabric is the perfect material to clean little spots out with a wet washcloth but it’s even better that it is machine washable to get tough messes! It is on the firmer side but that’s what I wanted because overtime I know it’ll get a little softer. The back cushions are super thick and fluffy and are detachable! The wider armrests are a game changer!I also have to say the customer service experience was one of the best I’ve ever encountered! The coupon (when it was on sale) wasn’t working on my Amazon and they came up with a solution for me to pay full price and they would refund $400 back to me so I could get the sale price (I was nervous about this but jumped in head first) I received my refund one day after I placed my order! I ordered the couch on a Sunday and the entire thing was at my house by Thursday that week!!!!I’ve gotten so many compliments on this couch so far and it’s a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be! My husband also set it up in 30 minutes by himself!I am in love with this and so so so happy with my purchase.
