My kid breaks their iPad like it's a competition so I have gotten really good at replacing these digitizers. Item itself was pretty easy to install. Remove the old one, scrape off glue and apply this one. It comes with pre installed adhesive but I put some B7000 along the edges and corners just to be sure. Clamped it together for 2 hours after reassembling to get a good bond and it works like brand new.

I bought this iPad 7 for screen replacement and took it directly to a repair shop for installation because it is very cheap. Compared to the new one, it costs nearly $200 because this kit does not have any tools. I just tried it out for a cheap price and didn't expect a pleasant surprise. I successfully repaired my iPad and still have money left. The quality is decent and worth recommending.

I bought this iPad screen replacement kit to repair my 8th generation iPad that was badly damaged. It has to be said that this process was truly a challenge, but the result was quite satisfactory.Firstly, I would like to remind everyone that the product introduction clearly states that this kit does not include an LCD, but fortunately, the Home Button is pre installed, which saves me a lot of trouble. At first, when I saw that there were no repair tools, I was a bit confused and had to prepare my own screwdriver and pry bar. This preparation work took me a lot of time to find suitable tools.When installing, follow the instructions, but there are still some parts that I don't quite understand. Although there are instructional videos on YouTube, it's really difficult to remove the broken screen from that strong adhesive, it sticks tightly and feels like it's integrated with the iPad.But as long as you have patience and take it step by step, you can still successfully install it. It took me about two and a half hours to get it done. When I saw the new screen light up normally and the Home Button working properly, the sense of achievement was really indescribable. If there are similar situations in the future, I will still choose this kit and recommend it to friends who are not afraid of challenges and want to do it themselves.

I have an iPad that broke and wasn't responding to touch. I wanted to try to fix it myself and was hoping that this iPad screen replacement would fix the problem. The parts appear to be good quality and match the existing hardware. I followed instructions online as others mentioned, but unfortunately, after replacing the digitizer my iPad still does not recognize my touch inputs.

Awesome replacement screen! Works as it should, follow the instructions and its easy to install. Fits 7-9 with some functionailty on 9 that is lost. great price!

Did not have the best adhesive. Started popping off immediately. Works fine for now but will likely replace again
