Put the main tray onto your sweeper, then try turning it on after you unplugged the charger. It should work.

Love the adapter for my Bissell floor sweeper which one of my neighbors gave me but I couldn't locate and adopt anywhere and of course Amazon had it great work guys

You’ll need to just replace your vacuum. This was a poor attempt at replacing the charger. Initially worked at charging the vacuum but only for a couple of hours at a time before stopping altogether.

Bought this item to replace our charger for our Perfect Sweep and it does not work, does not charge the sweeper at all.
