Cheap and flimsy but works. Worth the $$ as long as you aren't expecting original equipment quality. I rewired it to my antique machine and works fine. Smoothe power gain. Nice spring back

I used this item to replace a missing foot pedal for a sewing machine that I had bought from a thrift store. It arrived on time and worked perfectly with the machine which is a Brother XL 6562The price was very reasonable and the cord fits into the slot well, however you do need to push firmly to get it seated.

Quality is good and it works. My vintage machine wasn’t on the models list but it does fit the Viking Turissa. You do have to work it in a bit but it does work.

It works--what else does one need? I thought the old foot controller wasn't smooth, but thought the humming noise came from the machine. No more humming and no more sudden acceleration of the machine with this replacement foot controller.
