Could never get it to work. I tried to read the online instructions, tried different filament, tried different temperatures. Never worked. I thought it was a 3 month warranty… now it’s too late to return it.

This is my 2nd TenLog TL-D3 and it's identical in every way. Even comes in a TenLog box. This claim "We corrected this by installing retractable cable management, relieving any strain created from cable snagging and reducing risk of accidents and malfunctions." is completely fabricated. This LNL company has done nothing to the base TenLog unit other than throw on a couple of branding stickers.

AssemblyI struggled a bit with assembly. I didn't want to tilt the machine over, but had I just looked at the microSD card contents first, I would've seen a video where they did exactly that. So I struggled a bit. The paper instructions are like a black and white copy where you can't really see the pictures clear, and the instructions aren't really that great, but the video shows exactly what you should do. So pop that USB reader in and the microSD card and watch it *before* you begin assembly. Also, check all the screws. I started printing and couldn't figure out why one of the bars with the threads was coming up. Turns out one of those cylinders that hold the bar down to the stepper motor was loose, and I also found a couple of other loose screws. It is very possible that they got loose during shipping, so make sure to check it is all secure. So far I haven't found a way to get Cura to recognize the device over wifi, but the web interface is great, so I use it for printing. Only gripe is, if you don't put the file on the microUSB card while it's in your computer it transfers the file over wifi with the old MS-DOS 8 chars format, which makes file names really short and hard to read. This is really a great upgrade from my old MP mini select, I can print multiple colors, the speed is much faster, but I had forgotten about all the work I had to do to figure out the best speed and temp settings to get the optimal prints. My first (real) print was a filament clip. A few of them to handle my loose spools. Also learned what happens if you let filament get moist.I did have some issues getting my prints to stick. I used some stick "school glue" on the bed to get it to stick better, but as some prints gets taller they tend to unstick. I have ordered a glass bed but haven't tried it yet.Dual printing is great too.Sorry this review is not as organized as I usually like to make them, but I figured it's better to write one than to forget it.I would definitely recommend this 3d printer. Buy it now before everyone else discovers it.

Filament temperature is essential to know. Always run a temp tower with a new reel of filament.Make sure the bed is level and the print surface is very clean. I clean mine with alcohol after every three of 4 prints.

Out of the box, there was no power. I had changed the power cord from a desktop computer to get power. Next, the printer will not home correctly. The y-axis makes a noise when it goes to the bottom, and an error message says homing failed. I would really appreciate some support or a replacement. This was ordered from a school account to be used by students.I need a live person to offer support or I would like a replacement.

This unit was well packaged and easy to assemble. Alignment wasn't too bad with help of YouTube. My biggest issue is the lack of documentation.

It is a solidly built machine. Had a slight hiccup with it and LNL3D had me up and running that day. Excellent customer service.

No operation or getting started info with the unit. First time starting out. Luckily not my first rodeo with machines. Otherwise I would still be trying to figure it out. There were nothing or very little on operation. Had to pretty much figure out how to get started on my own. Overall it’s a decent machine. Could use some upgrades but it does what it should. I’m happy with it. Could have a few more options like WIFI and Bluetooth as well as some additional usb inputs but it gets the job done fine. The rest can be solved with Octoprint and a raspberry pi.

Awesome print quality. I'm very happy with the machine. Only have two minor complaints.Number 1, Package is missing the runout sensors. Good thing the machine will still work without them. I contacted seller and they have not responded yet, however I'm pretty sure they will send them.Number 2, There are six feet on the base of the machine. 2 of them are not touching a flat desktop. One of them is about .100" off and the other is about .020" off. I just printed some TPU washers to level the base.Would give 5 stars if not for these 2 issues. Also I'm a bit confused by the label. This is supposed to be the 600 watt with 300c nozzle. What is going on here?
