Sharing a room with my toddler girl, makes space feel pretty cramped. I needed a way to allow us to have our own space even while sharing a room. Most loft beds are super high and not only are our ceilings low, but it’s also sketch for my 3 year old to climb up and down. But low loft beds/kids loft beds, are too low for my big king bed to fit under. This loft was absolutely perfect for our needs. I have enough space to get in and out of bed and still able see the TV on my dresser. Plus my daughter doesn’t climb too high and she enjoys climbing down on the bed. Love this purchase!

It turned out to be perfect fit for what we needed in a 7 ft W and 8 ft T room that is verry narrow. My son was ready to upgrade so we purchased this item. The manual was a very simple design and easy to do by oneself. I thought the bottom bunk would be a bit higher at least to provide sufficient storage space as advertised but it is no taller than a drawers space. (overlooked in the photo's) But it worked for us anyways, since i had drawers to use from the previous crib.I have 2 issues (safety concerns) with the quality of this product. The frame itself is pretty sturdy good but the slats are not as durable as I'd hoped.1.) The bed frame does wabble. I don't place abrasive furniture against the walls, so standing on its own without support it sways or wabble with movement on the top bunk, which raises a little concern for safety of bottom bunk. Might suggest securing it.2.) It is advertised to hold up to 400lbs (which we never exceeded). Yet, I feel that the type of mattress used may be a determining factor in the outcome of product quality as well. We are using 2 diff mattresses. One is memory foam and the other is a combo spring and foam. the combo is up top and the memory foam is on the bottom.Long story short with the frame being metal I didn't expect this to happen but the top slats have become slightly bended (without anyone on it) from use of an 8 year old (and occasionally parent). The bottom bunk "slats" are severely bellied and bowed in from parent laying our 2 yr old down for bed, occasionally with sister ( no more than 300-330 lbs total) to the point where the mattress wouldn't stay center so I ended up having to add additional slat support from a previous frame used. All within the first week of usage! My concern is , would this be the outcome of the top bunk as well, because the slats are not as durable or as solid as I'd expected. For this to take place withing 1 week, I am concerned to see how long it will last or if i will frequently be needing to replace the slats.

Not sure what rating to give this bed because I searched and searched for an adult loft bed that could hold a lot of pounds. I am about 210 and I accommodated for the weight of the bed as well. This is like the third night I slept on it and I feel like the bars is already bending and the ladder creaking like it's gonna break. The thing said it could hold 400 pounds so idk why it is acting this way. I mean I love the bed . it's everything I wanted ,but I honestly don't see it lasting very long because I think the weight limit is not what it says it is...and I looked into adult loft beds not kid loft beds and found this one. Since I am an adult. Not sure if I should give a 3 or 4 starts because of this fact.....because it's everything I wanted. But it's not holding weight like it should.Update. Had to get wood slats for the bed since the metal slats that hold the mattress was bending dramaticly and feared of falling. Now I feel like the frame itself is bending because now it is highly unstable and very wabbly so not sure what to do. I like this bed a lot because it is what I wanted ,but it is not up to pare with my needs since it's basically falling apart. To chronically ill and in to much pain to try to take it apart to send it back or try to find another one since this room is small and I would basically have to move every single thing out just to take the bed apart to sen it back.I think the people that make the bed need to re access it's saftey before selling anymore of this product....I also saw that they lowed the weight limit from 400 to 350 or 300.....if I a 210 person can't sleep on this bed without fear and without the bars bending. And if another reviewer is commenting about the bars bending with their kids on it....than I am afraid some kid will get hurt because their much lighter than myself. Please reacess for saftey before selling it to customers.
