Makes computer life simple! Much easier than having three keyboards and mice. Switching between the computers couldn't be easier. Changes between the systems is near instantaneously.

This keyboard is a great value. Very quiet, which I greatly prefer. I'm able to type by touch a little faster as the keys have a nice tactile response even though they are quiet. As usual, a new keyboard required a bit of familiarization even though my prior keyboard was also a Logitech. The keys are in just a slightly different spacing but was no big deal. I've used lots of different computers at once and all of the keyboards are just ever so slightly different. The previous one lasted many years but finally wore out. I like that this one can used the unified receiver or Bluetooth, and also work with different machines. The mouse is also very nice... easy touch on the buttons and one can adjust the feel of the scroll wheel.

Replacement for my old logitech keyboard. I like the way the mouse glides compared to the old one and the keyboard works great

For daily personal use, I use both a laptop and a desktop PC, and for the past year, I have been working at home, which introduces a 3rd device (a work laptop) to my daily routine. I've got sort of a "man-cave-ish" work/personal setup going on now, where my desktop and work PC are both hooked up to my main TV (I switch the TV input to the work PC during work hours), and my personal laptop is hooked up to a 2nd smaller TV, situated at a slight angle next to the main TV. This whole setup is situated in front of my recliner, from which I now use this spiffy keyboard/mouse combo to control everything.The keyboard has a slightly convex key arrangement. I've never been a fan of this, but this one's is pretty slight and not an issue for me. I've also never been a big fan of wrist rests on a keyboard. Most keyboards I've had in the past have a detachable one. I was concerned about this one because not only is this one not detachable, but it also has a fabric surface, which I (correctly) feared would become rather funky after several days of use. Luckily, it does clean up nicely with a disinfecting wipe. While it doesn't do a whole lot for me functionally or ergonomically, it isn't as big a problem as I thought it might be.I don't have any real issues with the mouse - it's fine, although I had to go into the software to disable the gesture "button", as it was extremely annoying. The actual buttons on the side are fine, but the "non-button" area of the left side of the mouse as a whole acts as a button as well, and I was constantly getting the windows-tab screen when I didn't intend to see it.As for the USB connectivity, I have my main desktop using the Unifying Receiver, and I am also (out of necessity) using the extender cable which was included in the package to bring the receiver closer to me. This mouse and keyboard seem to have a much shorter range than other wireless Logitech mice and keyboards I have used in the past, but the extender cable makes it usable.For the Bluetooth connectivity, there is typically a delay of a few seconds when switching to a device, but I had read others' comments to this effect before I bought it, and figured it was a fair enough tradeoff for not having to switch to multiple mice/keyboards when using multiple devices. It's not that bad.The main issue I have with the connectivity is that if I am using a 3rd Bluetooth device (i.e., a headset for work meetings), if I switch either the mouse or keyboard to another device, it won't connect back to the device using the headset. I actually have to open the work laptop and use the laptop touchpad/keyboard to go into Windows settings, disable Bluetooth, and re-enable Bluetooth in order to use this mouse/keyboard again. It is really annoying. The obvious workarounds are either to not switch to another device when on a work meeting, or to just use the built-in audio of the work laptop instead of a Bluetooth headset. I don't know if this is the fault of the Logitech mouse/keyboard, or if it is an issue with the work laptop or even my Bluetooth headset, so until I've done more testing, I can't really ding Logitech for this issue.Overall, this is a good solution to my problem, which was having to juggle 3 different mice and keyboards, but it is not a perfect solution - I will still keep my eyes peeled for similar solutions which don't have all of the issues I described above.

The price tag might seem to be a bit high - but you can go for it blindly if you are ready to spend for a comfortable and ergonomic combo.Pros:1. Seamless switching capability between multiple devices. Works very well with my office Lenovo Windows laptop and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Android tablet.2. Keyboard's curved design is very ergonomic. You will appreciate the design once you start using.3. No need of a USB dongle for connectivity for first two devices you pair. If you need the third device to be connected simultaneously to the first two, only then you will need to use the dongle provided along.4. Mouse is well contoured for your right hand. Left hand users should stay away - don't buy.4. Additional buttons on the mouse are completely configurable. There are 3 such buttons (one set similar to the usual forward/backward buttons and the other an almost hard to notice button called Gesture button)5. Keyboard is 80-90% silent while usage, but has adequate key travel. I felt that the Enter key doesn't have key travel like the other keys - this might improve over time perhaps.6. The middle click wheel of mouse has a toggle button to switch between ultra smooth and ratchet mode which is a very welcome feature.Cons:1. Mouse right click and left click aren't quiet. I felt this should've been taken care especially when Logitech already have M221 which is way too cheaper to own in their range which is ultra silent.2. No Backlit functionality for keyboard - this isn't a big complaint though. I understand the difficulty to manage battery life on a wireless keyboard.

this is one of the best product I'd ever buy and I just order another one to use at workIt works with my tablet, my regular PC, and I also connect to my work PC for when I bring my working laptop at home; BY JUST PRESSING THE BUTTON 1 or 2 or 3 either on the mouse and the keyboard you can switch from a PC to another AND YOU CAN EVEN USE THE KEYBOARD ON ONE PC AND THE MOUSE ON ANOTHER ONE AT THE SAME TIME !!! :-)))))I was looking for something like that for long time. before I had one set of keyboard and mouse for each of my PC and it was like a nightmare to find place on my desk for the 3 keyboardAND YOU CAN ALSO CONNECT ANOTHER MOUSE OR UNIFYING DISPOSITIVE AND CONTINUE TO USE THIS SET.*** STRONGLY RECOMMEND ****P.S. i've tried almost all kind and brand of mouses and keyboard from Microsoft, Logitech, and some other brand and even for the ergonomy this set is absolutely perfect :-)))

A product in middle-to late development stage.The features of both the mouse and the kbd are not documented. They are still working on how to use docs. Like there's a square button on top of the mouse. What's it for? Nothing in the site or app that tells you. But it changes the scrolling of the wheel from smooth scrolling to ratcheted (much easier to control)And for information, scrolling on this mouse work the Windows way, not the Apple way (roll it back, scrolls down not up). Though I think you can change that.I normally use a G710+ mechanical lighted keyboard (though I am NOT a gamer) with an app called Multiplicity to share mouse and kbd between my i7 W10 and my i7 W7 boxes that sit next to each other but using different monitors. That works just fine with a wireless logimouse connected to the receiver in the keyboard on the W10 box. Mouse moves back and forth nicely, keyboard works where the mouse is.This thing is not the same setup. Sort of.It CAN be set using flow to seamlessly go from one winbox to another. Figuring how to do it is not simple: there ARE no docs on this thing! apart from a useless web page and an html installation screen. Logi says they are badgering the docs group to get it out. OK. For now. But they will have to eat a lot of returns because it is so screwed up, I was ready to return it myself last night. Before I got all working today: the key is a late-model version of OSX. Fat did not work with 10.6, BT would not connect (strangely, a logi wireless mouse DID connect with a receiver stuck in a fron usb port. Dunno why).I then put a mac in the pot, an 2008 Mac Pro 3.1, dual 2.8 Xeons. After finally getting it upgraded from snow leopard, 10.6, to El Capitan, 10.11, (you have to be at snow leopard to get to Capitan, otherwise Yosemite. SL is $20 for the DVD at the apple store, I think. More on evil bay), the stuff started to work with the mac USING THE UNIFYING RECEIVER installed in a usb port in the mac (not the same receiver in the windows boxes). Did not work with Snow Leopard. Wrong version of BT, I guess. But no BT now!!There is mac software that needs to be installed for this stuff. Two pieces: 1 is Logitech Options, I guess you'd call it the drivers, and another is a firmware update for the kbd/mouse and for the receiver. I think if you have run the update on the kbd in Win, you don;t needs to do that in mac. The receiver, though, I think needs updating in each. I suspect there will be other updates in this firmware area.Both the mouse and keyboard have a little switch, or white keys, labelled 1, 2, 3 for computer 1, 2,3 the 3 is for a mac, I guess. I dare not try to change this around to see if mac can be #2 or something, because i have it working now!To go from one # to another you have to flick the switch on both kbd and mouse. The Flow software allows you to not use the switch between Win boxes (maybe mac, too, I don't know. No docs!In general I think it will play out to be useful espectially across platform. But I understand there is software that can do this for less $ than this kit costs.The hardware:All so far is essentially software.The mouse has more buttons and fadgets than I'm comfortable with, but it looks like one can ignore them or learn to use them., Overall, I prefer my M510 but so farThe keyboard has fairly large keys with a semi-mushy feel (compared to my mechanical switch G710+). The slightly larger keys do help my non-typist fingers to hit the right key more than not.UPDATE UPDATELogitech has a software called Flow that allows one to move the mouse between up to 3 computers simply by moving it. You need to arrange the computers in a pattern (mine are in line left to right). Installing the software from Logi to my mac, enabled that. Now I can simpl;y moive the mouse from W10 box to mac box … and keyboard focus goes with it.I'm clicking another star for that!-------Update in early June.I give it more stars, to the max. As I write this both my mac and main W10 box are on their side with innards being revised. New pieces on the way soon. This package is working on the W7 box without a hesitation.I am buying another set this week for a Mini and W10 combination in the living room.Hope Logi gets a detailed user manual on this great system pretty soon.Oh, the unified receiver should work on 10.6.8 and up. It does for me. Even if not using the 850 combination package, an M310 mouse works on the mac as well id OS is >latest Snow Leopard.
