I really like this carafe better than what I was doing before. This is much easier and I love that there's NO plastic for the hot water to come in contact with. It's been great.

I've been extremely nervous using this just because of how thin the glass is. It's super, super thin. I cannot stress just how thin this thing is. If you're not absolutely careful, you will shatter this thing into shards. I think it's a really pretty display piece. I don't know if I would ever use it. I would be too scared i think it would break on me

This review is for the Escali London Sip Glass Pour Over Coffee Carafe. So, I am certainly not a coffee expert, but my husband is. I initially ordered this for him since he enjoys drinking French press coffee, but he has been so busy at work that I decided to give this a try myself.Although this takes a little more time to make coffee with, I really think it’s worth it. I found that the coffee has more flavor to it when I use this pour over method. I guess it’s because it takes longer to brew than the traditional drip method.I also like the way this carafe looks, probably because I am a pharmacist, and it reminds me of the pharmaceutics lab. :) I must say though that the glass is nice and thick, unlike the cheaper glass version that my husband purchased before. This is definitely a high quality product.I also like how well the spout pours the coffee out. I can’t tell you how many glass measuring cups I have tossed because they splatter the liquid out when you’re trying to pour it.Overall, I am happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone who is trying to purchase a pour over coffee carafe.

I double pour the water through the strainer. The perfect cup of coffee every time. Much less mess than my French press. It’s so visually pleasing!!

We bought this for use in RV after the French press kept failing. This makes fantastic coffee, is easy to clean, and I’m buying another one for my home!

First let me say that I love the design and especially love the built in filter that comes with it. With that said even if you treat this like a fabergé egg the glass is so think that is likely to fracture from what I can only guess is the heat change.I've had the carafe for under a month and noticed today that the glass sounded like it had separated somewhere. On closer inspection I noticed a fracture where the bottom of the handle connects to the carafe. It hasn't been dropped or even put down hard. Having read reviews before purchasing I treated this thing like even the slightest bump would send it into a million pieces. Despite that, just from normal use the handle still broke...2 stars for the filter. -3 for less than a months use before having a glass issue.
