Assembly was easy, unit packaging is well designed. Longer B1 laser is very beautiful, very practical to use and can create different types of engravings.

I love my Longer B1 laser engraver. When looking at the actual machine, I was impressed by the clean cuts it produces, as well as its adjustable speed and material settings. And the engraving is also clean.

The engraver came in well packed with detailed instructions. The small parts are all labeled clearly in individual bags. It was simple to assemble. So far we tested it in one of the small wood pieces came along with it and it worked great.

Had it 1 day and wouldn’t stay connected by usb cable. Took 3 days of emails to end up being told that they would send me a motherboard. Why should I fix a new machineI changed my review because the company reached out to fix my original problem and communicated how important my satisfaction was to them. I am very impressed on this.
