Arrived fast and quality is quite impressive. Fits gx with a little bit of play needed; but all hardware fits and lines up well. Packaging was nice too. No drilling or welding required. Thought it may need to be modified based off of previous Tacoma reviews but fits gx470 perfectly. Took about 1 hour and a half but I already had oem roof rack removed prior.

I have no time to return it but I would if I could.. instead I spent all day fabricating and forcing it to fit! Was not fun. If it wasn't a struggle to install I would be happy because it is durable and a nice rack but the struggles to install made for a rough day mentally!

Had to add spacers, washers, a few cuss words and prayers when drilling 8 holes in the roof of the truck cab. I knew it would be a tricky install, not many mods for a ‘22 Rebel. Cuss words highly recommended during install.

The instructions were very unclear on how to mount this to the roof. It appears that they want you to bolt it to the pressure fitted, rubber rain gutter trim. As the mounts land directly on top of the rain gutter trim. Which I was not about to do, so I had to remove the rain gutter trim to drill holes, “be careful not to drill through your headliner”. Use the included bolt rivets which strip out very often, replace the rain gutter, drill holes through it and try to use the very short bolts to fasten it down. It was a horrible install experience.BEWARE The rear mount locations have you almost drill through the curtain airbags. After installing this by myself, I would highly recommend having a professional install it.Also extremely important to remember, you will have to use sealant when installing this and it is not included. With that out-of-the-way, the build quality was pretty good. The assembly was easy. The included lights are nice and bright, and the rack is sturdy enough to stand on easily. Also, this is the only roof rack I could find that fits a tundra double cab, all the others are for the crew Max.

Assembled and installed single handed. Plan to ask for help though. With help this can be done in afternoon. I don't like that there's no wire chase for the lights, still working that out. There are installation videos that helped a lot. The front wind deflector vibrates like crazy above 40 mph if you don't put something on it so plan to get multiple lights or something to reinforce that.Lights are trash, wires pulled out of the back as soon as I tried to wire them up.Also, be prepared for additional wind noise. That's just the price of progress.

I have a 2021 3rd gen Tacoma and this was an Amazon guaranteed fit and it didn’t fit. Assembly instructions were an absolute joke. They identified front, middle, and rear brackets then the entirety of the assembly instructions were “1. Attach mounting brackets. 2. Assemble roof rack” with a drawing of a fully assembled roof rack. That’s it. I had to drill holes in the front left and right rear corners to make it fit. Will not purchase another product from this company and I suggest you don’t either.

Easy to assemble and install. I did it alone in a couple of hours. I love the flat platform and the sturdy design. Lots of wind noise though. A whole lot. I don't mind it though. My tires make noise too. :D
