About this item

  • Anti-Slip, Large Platform, Memory Clip
  • 3 Float options: 0, 4.5 or 9 degree
  • Safe Release
  • Weight: 68g (the pair with screws and washers)

The new KO grip cleats are non-slip and thus more reassuring when one gets off the bike. The material found at each end of the cleat helps to also provide a stronger interface between the cleat and the shoe sole. This is particularly appreciable when using carbon soles. The memory position is another asset of the KO cleats. This feature allows for a quick cleat replacement into the exact same position that your original cleat was placed. Compatible with all the shoes on the market. The KO standard was designed with the goal of minimizing the weight and bulk of the cleat/pedal unit. The operational kinematics are identical to the DELTA standard. Engagement and disengagement are consistent, maintaining LOOK's famous stability and efficiency.

The forward rubber pad on the tongue of the cleat pulled off after 6 weeks. Prior to coming off, the cleats squeaked like crazy and I think the pads may have been the culprit. The cleat still works without the pad but there's more play than there should be. Unless you walk a lot on hard floors with your shoes on, I'd go without the rubber pads.

Look cleats/pedals never let go of me and allow all the float my feet require. Just Nirvana in pedaling. The only problem with the cleats is that they are plastic and soft plastic at that. Any contact with pavement wears them out.

I have used Look for many years and find the Look brand is better and lasts longer than the cheaper generic brands of cleat. I ride 3000-3500 miles a year and have to replace these only once a year.

This is my first time using the Keo cleats with the grip and I don't plan to go back to the regular pair anymore. These work great!

Standard Look Keo Cleats - work as advertised.Think Garmin version is cheaper and comes with better bolts that are made of a harder metal
