I don't care for this. The tippet doesn't stay tight on the spool, it flops around a lot.

This tippet holder was bigger than I expected. Which is great. I can add more tippet varieties to it for easy access. Loon is a great fly fishing and tying brand. I appreciate and support their efforts to make environmentally friendly items.

Put on your reels of tippet material and hook it to your vest. You will be able to switch tippets in a jiffy without fumbeling in you pockets for the right size tippet reel.

I have struggled to find the right solution for holding my tippets for a long time. I saw a guide recently who had one of these and decided to order the Loon Tippet Holder. What a great addition to my arsenal on the river. It sits on my new chest pack and doesn't get in the way and is ready when I need to change tippets. The holder is durable, moves with me and stays out of the way when I move, a complaint with my old system. Loon is a socially conscious company and I use there floatant and floatant holder due the commitment to recycling and water cleanliness.
