I took the mop out of the plastic that it came wrapped in, unsnapped it to put it onto the mop frame and the snap broke off - I hadn't even attempted to use it. I had no choice but to attempt to use it as I had a job to complete. I was able to use the mop head gingerly. Would not purchase this item from this seller again.
