It took 2 people an hour to put the chair together. The brackets are extremely hard to line up and the back was a horror…and you wind up scratching the finish in many places. If my SO wasn’t having his hip replaced in 4 days — and we need a chair with arm rests — we would have returned this. He says it’s comfortable to sit in but it wasn’t worth anywhere near this time, effort and sweat

This was one of the smartest purchases I’ve made. Product arrived sooner than anticipated. Assemble was so quick and easy. The chair is simple but elegant. I love it. It’s sturdy as well.

Color was better and more pleasing than expected. Good solid chair for elderly 90 yr old. She did not want a lift chair and needed arms that can make it easy to get out of the chair. She uses the chair every day. Assembly was way too easy and went together very tight and sturdy.

Every piece I received had a defect in it - several knicks and bruises all over the arms and legs. On top of that, they were difficult to put together because the hardware was 'off' just a little so the pieces didn't slide together right. I eventually got one of the two I ordered put together and it was wobbly. The style of the chair was exactly what I wanted but would not have paid that much knowing what I was getting.

This product was very easy to assemble! It looks great in my office, and is perfect for clients to come in for meetings. The only downside, is one of the chairs is not completely sturdy and will rock a little... might be because of the way I assembled it.
