Lorex wanted $70 just for the cube for my camera, seen this and thought I would purchase as all I’m needing is a cube and camera still isn’t working so product isn’t any use to me

I HAVE 3 U471AA CAMERAS AND I BOUGHT 3 OUTDOOR POWER SUPPLIES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE CAMERA AND ALL 3 PLUGS CANNOT BE INSERTED INTO THE REAR OF THE CAMERA. THE PLASTIC AROUND THE MICRO USB PART IS TOO BIG AND DOES NOT ALLOW THE PLUG TO BE INSERTED COMPLETELY. IT CAN BE PARTIALLY INSERTED BUT THE CAMERA WILL NOT CHARGE UNLESS FULLY INSERTED.I HAD TO TAKE A RAZER KNIFE TO CARVE AWAY SOME OF THE PLASTIC TO MAKE IT WORK.I DONT KNOW HOW LOREX CAN MAKE A PLUG SPECIFICALLY FOR THE CAMERA AND NOT VERIFY THAT IT CAN BE FULLY INSERTED INTO THE CAMERA. THIS WAS NOT A ONE TIME DEFECT, ALL 3 PLUGS WERE IDENTICAL. I CALLED LOREX TECH SUPPORT AND THEY WERE CLUELESS AND A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. A TRUE REFLECTION OF POOR QUALITY.
