This was purchased to use on an upcoming ski trip. It fits perfectly and is not so tight to cause a headache. Fit and color are what was wanted. Pleased with the purchase.

This is now my second favorite beanie. I'm not a fan of how they ship it in a vacuum sealed package. It flattens and compresses the fibers, making it lose a lot of it's shape. They recommend that you hand wash it, so that it'll retain it's natural shape, but I've yet to ever have a beanie like this, where washing it doesn't cause it to lose shape and some degree of sizing. Then there's the risk of shrinking when it's dried. I ordered these because we had a freak severe cold snap, and I needed them immediately. I really didn't like how it was shipped, as that delayed my being able to use it.It would also be nice if the inner layer was truly attached at the top, and the crease wasnt so severely pronounced, so it would be a truly rounded beanie, as most cable knit style are.Even with these two complaints, it's very warm, comfortable, looks good, and well worth the price.

Some reviewers described the hat as having a plush inside. When I received it the plush inside was hanging by a single thread. Basically, there is an acrylic weave on the outside and a separate layer of plush material for the inside, but the plush layer on mine was not attached so that it was actually part of the hat. I have to believe that this was not the way it was supposed to be. The outer weave is far too thin by itself to keep a head warm, especially if there is a little bit of wind. That would be resolved by the plush layer on the inside. But this thing hanging by a single thread isn't going to work. Looks like someone forgot to send this one to the final stage of manufacturing. So, I ordered another one hoping to get one that has been completed.Updated:Ordered another one and this one has the inner layer sewn to the outer layer. So, as I thought, the first one was defective.

Order this quickly as we were headed up to Vermont and I seldom wear a hat or cap. I liked the ribbed knit look. It came in a vacuum sealed bag so I knew it had not been worn and returned. The instructions say to hand wash it to get it to bounce back from being tightly packed in the vacuum bag, but I just dampened it and fluffed it up. It dried in a few minutes and looked perfect! I wore it all week in the cold and very windy mountains and it was exactly what I wanted. My head is a little larger than most and it easily stretched to fit without ever feeling tight or loose.

this is a great torque. I bought for my boyfriend and as soon as it came in I wanted to steal it haha. It is good quality so nice and durable. Super soft and fuzzy on the inside. Nice and warm.

I’m a bald man, so I have an acute affinity for a good beanie in the Winter & a Terry in the Summer. This beanie is toasty warm, plenty comfortable and looks great. Only loses a star as it’s thick knit and slouch fit makes it unsuitable for long rambles in the bush.

Overall this is an excellent hat. I like the pattern, the style, its lined and very warm but I ultimately returned it as it fit baggier than expected. It is very thick which did not compliment the shape of my face and made it look more like a mushroom. I'll look for something more slim in design.Pros:- well made, nice pattern and attractive- lined and very warmCons:- baggier than expected
