My nephew likes to drum on everything around the house. I like the fact that he can use headphones so I don’t have to hear them lol

A bit to sensitive and not doable if you need to put it away because it needs to remain flat (even though it comes rolled up in a box). Its still good for the price if youre gonna be extremely careful with it. It can only be used on flat surfaces, and the pedals are delayed.

My 9yr old daughter has developed quite the obsession for drums and she absolutely loves the colorful electronic drum set. It’s built nicely, and the sensitivity to play is spot on. Great product, definitely recommend!

Got this for our little percussionist. She’s the kind of person who is constantly making music on everything she sees- doesn’t matter what it is, she’s going to find a way to drum on it.While we do want to ultimately get her a drum kit, it’s a bit early to commit on that level in case her interests change, and I liked the fact that this is so compact and the volume can be turned down. I wanted her to be able to have a starting point. The colors were fine for me- my daughter loves a lot of color- but it would be easy to mistake this set for something meant for a younger kid. I think it’s just fine for youth to tween and early teens, as far as functionality goes. This thing is LOUD! You do have the option to turn down the volume, which is great, and it seems very capable for what it is. I’m definitely still learning what this pad is capable of but have been super impressed so far.

Children with wooden sticks beating on plastic pads with delicate electronics. What could possibly go wrong? This would be a great toy, not instrument for a child who is interested in banging on things and making noise. The various sounds keep the kids interested but it can be a little bit annoying if they’re beating on it right next to you. I highly recommend that you take full advantage of the 3.5 mm headphone jack. The back of the panel has a power switch, a USB type C charging port for the included cord, an auxiliary port, and a pedal port. The two pedals are designed to function as a base drum and a high hat. The sound quality is as you would expect from an inexpensive electronic device of the size. It does have a demo feature that you can scroll through to play different songs, as well as a recording feature (with a computer and software). There are seven different styles of drums and four different demo songs, including disco, funk, rock, “Tek” (techno?) and “Cha Blues” (???)This would be a great set for a small child, who is interested in percussion. Probably not a good idea for larger kids because with the force that they can generate, I don’t think this will last very long. I guess we’ll see.
