A lot smaller than I thought they would be. I ordered large papers but I guess my idea of large if different then the sellers. The papers themselves are well made and I’ll use them for small breads so it isn’t a loss.

Used this to make Paska (Easter bread) and it came out great. Held shape in oven and looks good serving bread in them. Fill dough about halfway up the mold. Excuse the picture, I could not take a picture before the kids started picking at them!

The 12 ounce baking papers hold about 300 grams of panettone dough. I was worried that they would bake a bit misshapen, as that is how the papers arrived, but once my dough rose, they were straight walled and round. I will definitely purchase these again.
