As someone who has a sewing machine that does embroidery, I can tell you this product has tension issues with the stitches. You can see where the top of the “a” in Amanda is filled in nicely but around the bottom curve of the a where it looks zigzag it’s pulling like that because the tension is to tight. I would expect better quality control for a $40+ sweatshirt. I bought this for a gift for my sister. I will give it to her, but I’m embarrassed at the quality of this gift. Here’s hoping it’s the thought that counts.
