I had trouble opening one end of the roller for cleaning and the seller sent me a photo of the disassembled roller and I'm changing my review from 1 to 5.

Had this as a backup to the manufacturer replacement parts. Not a single item in this kit fits the vacuum

I like that i comes with a couple of cleaning tools. Other than that, the price savings is non-existent after the filter clip breaks well before the life of the filter has passed. The filter does not properly fit the e4 and s4 models and ends up breaking so it is not secure. Additionally, the s4 keeps repeating the filter is clogged after running. This was with a brand new filter. Given that clogging reduces the suction power and efficiency of the vacuum, the savings of buying this brand is just not worth it.

Tengo un S5, pense que me la estaba comiendo comprando esto, al llegar el producto se veia super bien PEEEEEROOOOOOOOOO al instalarla brocha lateral hace un ruido molesto TODO el tiempo!!El supuesto filtro HEPA... pfffsss es mejor colocar una servilleta, me parece que filtraria mas!! deja pasar los olores del aspirado y a como los 5 usos, se puso super raro, como con moho, no se algo raro crece alli... JAMAS me habia pasado eso con los originales, de hecho los voy a cambiar por los originales...Trae una supuesta brocha circular para y que limpiar el rodillo... no se dejen llevar por eso... es un caza tontos... En fon, NO LO RECOMIENDO! Salvate y no gastes tu dinero en esto...

The filters that come with this do not work. Once you replace the original filter with one of these, the Roborock will not recognize that there is a filter in place. As soon as you put the old filter back in, it works fine.I believe the filters need a magnet in the side to be recognized by the vacuum, these clearly do not have it.Do not buy. They will not work.
