My dog has bad anxiety during rain & thunder. She also had environmental allergies. This hoodie is 100% cotton which is the only material my dog can tolerate. The only downside s it has no stretch so it's a little difficult to get on & off. However, she loves wearing it & it has kept her from pacing and scratching the floor during rain & thunder. Sizing- my dog is 50 lbs but very long torso .This is a size xxl and just fits her. I recommend going up a size. The only other thing I don't like is there is a drawstring at the hood. I'm going to remove it so there can be no choking accident. Otherwise, highly recommended for dogs with anxiety.

This was supposed to be Dachshund length and size- went by the chart- couldn’t even get it through dog’s head. Cheap sweatshirt material also.

These are great quality. The fit is where the issue was. The measurements on the chart are no where near accurate. We measured as shown in the video and the product we got was no where close to what the measurements stated.

This is very cute and fit my mini dachshund well but it shrank so much in the wash that he can't wear it anymore. Definitely size up so it can be washed! I also wish it had a hole for a harness but I knew it didn't when I purchased

I bought this for my 5 month old standard size dachshund because she shivers when it's 60 degrees out. We live in MN and she will need ways to stay warm. This sweatshirt currently covers her full length. She is currently 10 lbs. It has space for her to grow into. She will be on the smaller end for standard size dachshunds and should be somewhere between 15lbs and 18lbs. This sweatshirt appears to have enough room for her to grow into as she reaches full size. If you have a large male close to the 30lb range, the sweatshirt will probably be too small. It is lightweight in the fact that it is not fleece lined. There is very little stretch. My puppy is still getting use to the idea of clothing but after a couple minutes she seemed to forget she had it on. I imagine that means it's comfortable.

Nova is 16 inches from paw to shoulders, 20.5 inche chest.I originally ordered the large but had to get an XL. The large fit around her chest and body but I couldn't get both legs through. The XL was a little snug at first but it stretches slightly and fits so well! I ordered the white because I have a tie dye business (Twisted Hippie Goods on Instagram, FB and etsy) and it dyed beautifully! The hood is hard to keep on Novas head but that's more because of her ears. It's still adorable on her though!!

This is very form fitting and I find it difficult to get on and off of my blocky headed dog (there is almost no stretch), but it stays on, and he has no issues with peeing or getting cold. My dog has a disorder that affects his skin (Cushings). He needs a sweatshirt to stop him from scratching himself up and getting cold. This is the best shirt I’ve found so for for staying on, keeping him warm, not annoying him, providing breathability, and not getting pee on it.If I could change anything, I’d make the head room a bit bigger, but my boy has a big head, so…YMMV. I agree with other reviewers, it runs much smaller than I expected, but once he’s wearing it, it’s perfect for him. I ordered another. It’s hard to find clothes for big dogs. This is a good buy.

I purchased a medium for my foster- a Chiweenie with measurements 12 inch length from base of neck to base of tail, 11 inch neck, 16 inch chest. It fits perfectly- not too snug but form fitting with just enough room to wiggle her arms in, and be comfortable on her and not squeezing. I will put her harness on over this shirt- it's thin, typical tshirt material (not fleece), not cheap or too thin. Decent quality, well made. Happy with my purchase, may order another same size (medium) for my slightly smaller pup- . For a dog any larger then the measurements above, Go a size up unless you are looking for a thin shell type garment with a snug fit.
