Works great, just what I needed. Fits a reasonably sized mug underneath the porta filter now. I clean it once a week… so far so good!

I’ve been wanting to pull my shots with my scale and a cup on there but the original one doesn’t allow that. There’s not enough cup height. Wow! This works well. Only thing is. Gotta watch it for it not to over flow since the tray is now wayyyy thinner but fits perfectly. Looks good. I highly recommend

A bandeja é boa, coube certinho e o acabamento é bom com entrega no prazo.O problema foi o tubo de aço: não conseguimos fazer encaixar. Depoia de varias tentativas desisti e mantive o original, não faz muito diferença no uso.um ponto importante se a intenção é colocar uma balança um pouco maior - tipo Black Mirror, por exemplo: ainda assim não é uma opção tão legal, ela é da mesma profundidade da original o que atrapalha a estabilidade da balança.Se fosse comprar novamente, compraria um modelo extendido - não comprei pq achei que comprometeria o meu espaço e a estética, mas para o resultado final, seria melhor.

I had to reorder this item after my initial order since the initial order came severely warped. It did not sit flat on top a flat surface, so when I placed the tray in my GCP, the stainless grate did not sit flush with the opening, in addition, the tray itself was wobbling around during the extraction. I reordered it because of this, and the second order was much better, albeit still has slight wobble, which was reduced with adding the included sticky pads to the bottom of the tray.

Looks good.Fits scale underneath when using the stock portafilter.The only negative is that the pipe doesn't perfectly line up with the hole in the drip tray, meaning hot water hits the metal and sprays a bit.

This item arrived warped, it doesn't sit flat on the Gaggia. I had high hopes, but just poor quality.If the manufacturer reaches out and puts it right, I'll update this review.

I've got a Gaggia, and with this and a 'naked' or bottomless porta filter, I've got enough room for my mug. Good improvement. Enough room in the drip tray for me, I'm not pulling a hundred espresso shots a day, there's plenty of room for the two or three doubles I make a day.

Great low profile drip tray & accessories for the Gaggia Classic Pro. The tray is nicely formed and heat resistant against hot water - so it should not warp. I had no problems at all with the fit - not too loose and not too tight. The tray (and its capacity to hold water) is much lower than the original, but you will be able to easily fit taller cups and use a scale without any problems. They give you an extended drip tube which fits and locks into place perfectly. You also get a couple of new OPV springs with different levels of stiffness - but no documentation or markings of any kind to let you know what pressure value they are for!'I adapted this tray to use with a Gaggiuino (with hardware scales) I built and it is perfect for this purpose!

This package contents is a little odd- There's no instructions, which is fine but... It comes with 2 random springs? I'm not sure what they are for. Maybe it's the gaggia OPV springs?- The low profile tray is OK. It's not perfectly flat and it rocks back and forward on my gaggia. This is annoyiong because a slight tilt may add bias to my scale.- The surface finish is good- I added shims to prevent the rocking from happening and now everything is fine
