Your cart is empty. We recommend a heavier spring for riders weighing over 150 pounds. Fits 2005-2008 YZF. Increases plushness & better traction. Great for YZF riders who are short, lightweight and technical trail riders. Lower center of gravity for better turning through hardpack off camber turns, soaking up rocks, roots and square-edged holes which helps prevent the rear wheel from "stepping out" while on the gas and under hard braking. Lowers the YZF rear 1.5"/40mm after resetting sag & when properly RE-sprung for rider weight + the link's extra leverage.

Great way to lower you bike, I feel like it dropped more then 1.5” but worked great for the girlfriend. With the bike on a stand remove 3 bolts on the right side, remove the inner sleeve for the bearings on the old one and place in the new one. They should just pop out you don’t need to beat them out. Then slide the new one back in place. With all the tools on hand should take less then 15 minutes.

I am 5' 5" 155# riding a YZ450 F. Needed to lower the bike a little to make it a litte more manageable. Along with the lowering link, you will have to slide the forks up the crown as well. Very well made product. Easy to install. Grease points. Did not affect geometry or ride quality at all.
