This is a large solar light which can be hung outside your home or business to light it up or ward off Intruders. It is quite sizeable and puts out a lot of light. It is ip65 waterproof rated so can be used in a waterborne environment. And can be hung with screws and Hardware included and a drill. The idea is to position it where we'll get plenty of direct sunlight which charges the interior batteries that are included and that's pretty much it. It will charge while the sun is out and at night the sensors will pick up movement and automatically trigger the light to go on. Again it puts out quite a bit of light and is a welcome device to have if you want to put light where there was Darkness. This is a substantial solar light and a good addition where it is needed

Solar charged lights have been around for a long time. Unfortunately, these lights suffered from small architecture which dictated a small solar panel and battery compartment. Advances in battery material and construction have increased capacity. Solar panels now generate higher voltages and watts. This light benefits from a large format light and high efficiency LEDS. Measuring 12" X 30", the top of the light features an almost same-sized solar panel. This allows for a broad area to absorb sunlight. Obviously, shaded sunlight or brightness will charge the battery too, but direct sunlight is preferred to adequately charge. The LED array is also large and casts a good deal of light with its angled lens. We placed the light in our driveway to first test the device. In direct sunlight, the battery charged to 100% in about 4 - 5 hours. At the end of the charge cycle, we took the light into our darkened garage and it immediately turned on at low power. At low output, it cast a generous amount of light to illuminate our darkest corner well. The light was hand held, so it was not in an elevated position to increase the size of the light pattern. The light has a motion sensor that will automatically increase the brightness to 100% when movement is detected. Hopefully, we can dial down the sensitivity because we have a lot of wildlife on our acreage and they frequent the area where this light will be installed. We are waiting for the frost to melt so we can install a pole to which this light will be mounted. As a result of not being permanently installed, we did not test the remote control. Most likely, our install will allow for easy servicing of the light should we need it. Even at the low light setting, we expect this light will provide enough light to help the delivery drivers when they approach our long driveway.

I recently installed the Solar Parking Lot Lights (8000W, 300000 Lumens) at my property, and I am thoroughly impressed with their performance and value. Here's my breakdown:Brightness and Performance:With a staggering 300,000 lumens output, these lights provide an incredibly bright and uniform illumination over a large area. Our parking lot now feels secure and welcoming, even during the late-night hours. The 8000W power is more than sufficient for outdoor commercial spaces, ensuring that every corner of the lot is well-lit and visible.Energy Efficiency and Solar Power:The solar-powered feature is a game changer. Since we don't have to rely on electrical grid power, our energy bills have drastically decreased, making these lights an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution. The dusk-to-dawn sensor works perfectly, automatically turning the lights on at night and off at dawn without any need for manual operation or extra effort.Durability and Waterproofing:As expected for an outdoor lighting solution, these lights are waterproof and weather-resistant. We’ve had heavy rain and snow, but they continue to perform flawlessly, showing no signs of wear or damage. The lights' sturdy build ensures they will withstand harsh outdoor conditions, making them an ideal choice for parking lots exposed to various elements.Installation and Maintenance:Installation was straightforward, with clear instructions provided. The lights are mounted securely, and their design allows for easy maintenance when necessary. They are low-maintenance thanks to their solar-powered nature, which means no electrical wiring to worry about.Warranty and Customer Support:The 3-year warranty adds peace of mind, ensuring that if any issues arise, the company is ready to resolve them. I haven't had any issues with the lights so far, but knowing there's a warranty in place makes the investment feel even more secure. Conclusion:Overall, I highly recommend the Solar Parking Lot Lights for any commercial property, especially those looking for a reliable, energy-efficient lighting solution. They provide excellent brightness, durability, and low operating costs while being eco-friendly. Perfect for parking lots, walkways, and any outdoor spaces that need reliable, bright lighting.

Most of the "parking lot solar lights" I have gotten in the past were not this expensive but I ordered this one because of the EXTRA BRIGHTNESS AND THE DUSK TO DAWN FEATURE. I have this light currently set up attached to a 4 foot tall 4x4 on my deck (from deck floor to top of the 4x4) to easily test the battery runtime, the brightness and how well the motion senor works in case I want to use that instead of the dusk to dawn feature. I will figure out the best option and by next month I should know the whole days sun path and if any trees are blocking too much sunlight before doing a more permanent installation over my large backyard or driveway area..

Of the three solar parking lights ordered for our HOA association parking lot, this was the best of the bunch with its 300,000 lumens. I really like how the lights come to a V and are angled outwards in both directions instead of just straight down. We mounted this near the rear of the lot where there is no power so solar was absolutely necessary. But solar has its limitations (cloudy day, snow on the solar panel) and I wish there was an alternative for alternate charging methods like a USB-rechargeable outlet that we could bring a battery pack out to when it needed supplemental power. But it is the best of those we've tested for this purpose.
