the pin for to hold the float in place was smaller in diameter and way to short compared to the old one, had to use the old rusty one

It claims to fit a Ford 2000 tractor, parts look the same, but only thing I could use out of the entire kit was the float and pin and gaskets, the rest looked the same but was a tiny bit smaller or a tiny bit bigger, laying side by side they look exactly the same, but there different

The needle seat is poorly made, the threads didn't match my carb. Had to use the kit gaskets and old seat because down time was critical so I can't return it. Didn't work, was a waste of time and money. Spend the extra and get a better quality kit from Napa

I bought the kit because the old needle had lost the rubber tip. The seat in the kit has the wrong thread pitch for my carburetor. The new needle wouldn't seal with the old seat. So I ended up buying a $90.00 carb kit from a small engine repair store and it works perfectly. This kit was a waste of money and time for me.

As mentioned in the other review, the thread pitch of the needle valve seat is not compatible with the mentioned models. I've tried thermally expanding the carb body with fire to expand it enough to seat, and that didn't even work. Don't waste your money. This kit isn't compatible with many of the models listed. I don't know where they got the valve seat dimensions, but it wasn't through Zenith.

The threads on needle seat were right (24), but too big to thread in…threads were too tall by .020 with mic. Luckily the float was on the money, and that turned out to be my problem

Gaskets are good, jet fits fine. The needle seat has a different thread pitch ( you can’t thread it in to the carb body) than the original one so you can’t use it. The needle body is larger than the original so you have to modify it to make it work if you are using the original needle seat. For the price it is worth it especially if you need to replace the float
