Do not buy this bulb. I purchased it in March and it burnt out one month later. I am very disappointed in this product!

2 stars because it fits the plug and lights up. However... It's advertised as a 15" bulb and it's plainly not. Now, I know fellas sometimes like to exaggerate the size of certain things,(like their shoe size or wallet ;^) but C'mon, this is a freakin' light bulb. I guess next time I'll look for a 16" bulb so I can get a 15".

Fit like a glove. It is not as long as original. (about an inch shorter) than OEM.

Removing the old one and installing a new one is very simple. This is a job that can be done by anyone who can remove the fan area access plate with a screwdriver. AC companies charge way too much for this and there is no mystery to DIY.

The first one blew out after three days. I ordered a replacement and it blew out after less than an hour. Don't waste your time or money with this. I never write bad reviews but this was a total waste of my time.
