While the card does work with older, out of date operating systems, after you upgrade to Windows 10 22H2 the system crashes on startup every time and the only way you can get it to boot is to run the very old version of Windows 10. Needless to say there’s no firmware update to fix the issue.

This came in decent packaging but no software or documentation. It took a lot of digging to get it up and running with Unraid. It wasn't showing up to configure upon booting. I was able to see that the OS detected it correctly. The MegaRAID command line interface was needed to manually configure it. This gave me enough ports to connect all the drives and room to expand. So far it is working great!
