Just a couple of suggestions for the vendor.I was in a pinch with getting a production system back online. It would have been helpful to have had an overnight ship option. The only other bump in the road was not having the Raid layer firmware installed; that wasn't clearly noted in the description of the card and I could have had that queued up when the card arrived.
