This is a very high quality step ring. You can immediately tell a lot by its weight. It screws onto the lens very smoothly. Filters screw onto the ring the same way. No problems removing filters or the ring. No binding like you sometimes get from aluminum rings. This step ring is absolutely worth the few extra dollars you pay for it.

There's nothing chintzy about this all brass step up ring. It's as heavy duty and reliable an adapter as you will find. Brass is a lot stronger (and heavier) than the more commonly found aluminum adapters being sold today. Nothing to dislike about this step-up ring. When you want the best, make sure it's made out of brass.
