Arrived damaged! Broken off pieces were not in the box meaning it was broken before it was packed. Just cant get anything quality these days!

I gave all of the pertinent information needed to get the proper amps/voltage for my 2004 ram 1500 5.7 engine. I'm not understanding why I submitted the correct information but still have the same issue. How can you remedy this
