What is there to say about this nifty little light? Easy to install, bright, cheap. Time will tell if it will last. But for now it gets 5 *.

Mine flashes 3 or 4 times per second. My voltmeter confirms that I have a continuous circuit. Unfortunately, I've already installed it. Can some one confirm if this is how it is supposed to work? I'll just order another if this is a dud.
