I love this meat press. I have made several different kinds of deli meat now. It works great and I love the end results. I would totally recommend this product. There are absolutely no instructions so you will need to do your research but there is so much information online.

I brought this item a while ago and use it yesterday, next day when taking the meat out of it after staying in the fridge overnight, the meat had a black residue in it that smells like rust and the whole surface inside is black/gray-ish.

All of the pieces arrived in good condition and were easy to clean. It feels good quality and after watching a bunch of YouTube videos, it looks like it will be really easy to use. I'm excited to give this a try!
