I was looking for a new egg slicer when I bought this item. I had to buy it when I saw it could be used to slice Spam. Lol.It works great on the lunchmeat but is very awkward to use for eggs. I will probably end up buying another regular sized slicer for eggs

Been looking up a lot of online recipes for some creative ideas for meals and one that came up and intrigued me was using the inexpensive ingredient SPAM. To familiarize myself I checked to see how people were preparing it and while you could manually slice it one thing I saw was that a lot of people were using a spam slicer to make the process easier. Well I'm all about making cooking easier so once I saw that I grabbed the first one I saw online and was eager to bring it home. Its nothing fancy, very self-explanatory. Open the box, pull it out, and its immediately set up. Put your spam on it and pull the hinge and with a little bit of pressure you get several even perfectly cut slices of SPAM for your dinner. You can, as illustrated in the ad photos, cut other things with it but honestly I've strictly kept with just using it for SPAM and that it works amazingly for. Price is good because you get other goodies to go with it such as an herb slicer and a citrus peeler which was neat because sometimes I struggle with peeling oranges and I never thought to consider that there might be a device which would aim to assist with that.Now I get to make myself a unique dinner and have a healthy fruit treat on the side.

I had one of these that finally broke after about 10 years of cutting spam. I ordered this one as a replacement and so far it is working great. I hope I get another 10 years out of this one.

Makes musubi easy! When we make - we end up doing dozens and it’s nice to get even and consistent slices.Fairly sturdy and hand washed easily. Available at a budget friendly price - and even comes with a couple of gadgets to peel oranges and strip herbs.
