My 7 year old loves wearing these. She had so much fun walking through the river and exploring, while fishing at times. Thick enough to stay warm and so far completely waterproof (used for one camping season). Walking through rocks wasn't a problem.

Bought to wear to the park when wet and for puddle jumping. The boot part is really small but my kid is 3y.o quite tall and size us 11.5 already!
