The product arrived without issue and the packaging was fine with no damage. However, the wheel bearings that are supposed to spin smoothly do not. One of them spins smoothly but the other 3 don't making this tool useless.

Seen other reviews saying the bearings did not spin, so I was kinda apprehensive, but mine came and it worked amazingly. The bearings definitely are not an issue, and it worked great. My son and my husband use Easton X23's and since they are aluminum, they always want to check them before we go pack for our competitions. So far, this has been flawless in testing and finding slight bends.

It was easy to Assemble and easy to use. I have not noticed any arrows to show signs of curvature using this tool. I think the table method works as well. You can roll an arrow on a flat surface and detect any flaws at no cost.

Bearings work well, comes with a simple little indicator to help identify wobble. Indicator has a magnet on the bottom to help keep it stay put.

The metal is thick enough and the bearings are securely attached.Installation/setup: Place your arrow on the bearings, place the guide on the arrow, turning it slowly and observe closely while turning. If the guide moves, your arrow is not true.Final thoughts: This does not straighten your arrows, just tells you if they are not. You will have to straighten your arrows using another method but this is a simple way to tell if they are crooked. This seems accurate enough and I’m glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.
