This item has some weight to it. Construction is solid and it does a great job of holding small sheets of material in place. You really can't beat it for the price. It's a great value.

I have been going back and forth for over a year, looking to purchase a fixture clamp for my laser. I knew I needed and wanted one, but to be honest, the cost was preventing me from pulling the trigger. When this came to my attention, it was considerably less expensive than other fixtures from the laser manufacturers. I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. I was expecting a cheap, lightweight product that was very basic, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a very well built, heavy fixture. It works perfectly, and all of the hardware is solidly built. No need to spend $200+ dollars for a fixture. This exceeds all my expectations!!
