I bought this to upgrade my mechanical braking system to a completely hydraulic braking system on my go kart. pairing this with a generic ATV style rear brake master cylinder and a 3' brake hose allows me lock up my 22" rear tires with ease. I went from stopping in 15-20 seconds at 25MPH with my mechanical caliper too stopping instantly with the hydraulic set up. 10/10 starsP.S. if you are looking too use this caliper for something other than the ATVs it is designed for, you will need 2x 8mmx1.25 pitch bolts for mounting. It also is a 10mmx1.25 pitch for the banjo bolt if you are looking to add a brake light banjo bolt switch like I did.
