Exactly what I was looking for. I have various gym equipment that require these that will inevitably destroy them over time, so having replacements available is great. Trust me, if you have stuff that uses these, you want extras.

Ok, it wasn't for an exercise bike. I got the Everlast dual boxing and speed bag stand second-hand, and the speed bag portion was missing the pull knob to adjust the height of the speed bag. This was an absolute shot in the dark, and it actually worked! It screwed into the hole perfectly and the pull pin works! I couldn't believe my luck! I can't say if it works on an exercise bike, but it works perfectly for the speed bag portion of my stand. I'm happy.
