My girlfriend finds most earplugs too big but these are perfect! A little expensive for what it is so might look for alternatives.

I went through life thinking I just can’t wear ear plugs. The pressure and discomfort was always extreme and they ended up falling out in the night anyways. I started researching and realized that women may have thinner ear canals and so I bought these and I have to say they have changed my life. Not only are they soft and comfortable, they actually stay in the entire night. I’m so so happy I found these.

I like the little travel case. It fits two earplugs. The earplugs are soft, easy to insert, and don't hurt my ears after having them in all night.

I purchased it because I have shorter ear canal. It dulls the noises, and sometimes, it doesn't.Other then that, it is better than the other brand I bought a year ago.

I bought these mainly to wear to concerts. Regular earplugs feel too big and can hurt my ears after wearing for several hours. These guys work out perfectly for me. They deafen the sounds of the crowd and I can hear the music just fine.I also wear them if I have to sleep and there is a lot of noise around. The ear plugs do not make it completely quiet, but it does muffle sounds (people talking, quiet music, TV, etc...).These little plugs are perfect for my needs. The tiny canister is an added bonus. I can carry my ear plugs in my purse and keep them from getting purse crumbs stuck to them.

I wear earplugs when I sleep and am always looking for the "perfect" pair. I've generally been happy with the CVS store brand but they changed them and made them too big and they began to hurt my ears. The other styles in other stores were either too stiff and/or too big and caused too much pain. So I was very happy when I saw these "For Her" earplugs for smaller ears like mine.However, they don't block the sound, I can still hear everything only a tiny bit muffled which is pointless for my needs. They are made of VERY lightweight foam and just didn't block the sounds well enough for me. They also have a dent in the bottom which makes them feel like they are hollow on the inside which might account for the lack of noise reduction. They are smaller for smaller ears so if you aren't as sensitive to noise and/or only need a light noise reduction and have trouble with other ear plugs being too big, these will probably do very well for you. I didn't like them.
