I purchased the mix12fx with bundle from the Mackie store. It arrived quickly, but was missing some cables.I contacted Amazon which does there feed back. They said they would contact seller and Email me with reply in 72 hrs. It’s been a week and nothing.

There are lots of reasons to use an aux out. An external FX unit is one of them. But if you have all these Mackie effects you probably don't need external FX. But if you need anything else to connect via aux out, you have to use the FX out and sacrifice the internal FX. Also, there's not Aux OR FX in so you have to sacrifice an input channel. There are pluses -great FX and solid board. Knobs are too tall to be rugged.i'm returning it as not as described. All mixer have an oSend of some kind. This one costs you a lot to use it-you lose FX. Take FX out of the title at that point it's jsut a Mix12. Those FX sounded great though. :(

Needed a new mixer to replace the one I got over 15 years ago. This one fit the bill perfectly for my home studio. This one has no digital connections, but I didn't need them. And this bundle allowed me to replace some older cables too. Great deal and good customer service from the supplier.

Se escucha muy bien, compacta y fácil de usar. Solo no me gustan 2 detalles, que tenga eliminador de energía en vez de un solo cable de luz, y un poco el diseño de estética. No son cosas que afectan su fincionamiento. Sllo son gustas personales. Pero es un buen equipo. La marca es confiable.

I had an older Mackie 12 channel mixer 25 years ago and it worked great.I have regretted selling it when I stopped playing in a band. Now I like totinker with recording my ideas and this mixer works perfectly. It has fourreally nice sounding high gain channels that work wellwith a microphone or with an instrument just plugged in direct.The mixer is very quiet. No hiss or hum. I run it's output into aA/D converter that sends a USB signal to my computer allowing me touse a Macbook as my digital recorder. No, this unit does not have a USB out butfor me, I prefer a mixer to be analog and then I just plug it's output into somethinglike a Parasound ZPhono and let that box convert the analog to USB digital.This mixer also has four stereo line level channels that work great whenusing a guitar preamp. All in all, it is well made and even has some on boardeffects that you can blend in. Also has tone controls for each channel to allowyou to tweak each channel as needed. In the world of small, inexpensive mixers,the Mackie offers the best quality in it's price range.

Works great for what I bought it for, to jam my hardware synths and drum machines without the computer. Unfortunately though, when I am making music on the computer and trying to mix down I feel there is an untrue high and midrange which almost makes my headphones better for mastering. I also have my turntables connected to it and when I play a record I feel the same muddled sound on records I know are mixed great. It probably wouldn’t bother the casual listener but honestly, regardless of your skill set if you’re buying something to mix 12 audio singles chances are you’ve graduated from casual listener. It was cheap for a 12 channel mixer plus useful cables so I don’t feel completely cheated, but I expected a little more out of Mackie.

Works great, for the price, volume could be betterThe effects are good too Nice to have the fx send so i can use my looper with it. Phantom power works good! Good quality cables as well!
