My original factory temp sensor wasn't responsive like it should but lasted over 120k miles. So, decided to give this one a shot. Fits perfectly and is much more responsive than the old worn out one. Definitely an affordable alternative in a world of expensive BMW parts.

43.21 is the listed cost of these via competitor sites.Made in Germany, with a nice heft and machined look to them.My water pump may have failed (the dash indicator says so) so I am tracing the cooling system and ordered this is an inexpensive replacement. The part has a nice weight to it..and appears to be a machined brass..When I install it I am trusting the German manufacturing link will ensure a high quality replacement part!
