This fits good, BUT the maker Magnaflow or the designers really didn't think it threw on this one. This goes on the driver side. Don't mount the up stream O2. The Up stream O2 sensor BLOCKS access to the bolt to mount the cat to the headers. Don't be like me and mount the O2 sensors and cuss up a storm when you find out you need to remove the top O2 sensor to put the cat on to the headers. It is a poor design if you ask me. The original factory design has O2 sensor mount off set to an angle so you have access to the bolt with out having to take the O2 sensor off. But if you work threw that things will be good. It fit like a glove also just like the Passenger side. With both sides installed it make my RRS sounds really nice...and it is a little faster.
