I had originally placed a terrible review for this but after realizing I am an idiot, I am posting this. I have a non CA Saturn 2006 Saturn Ion 2. This, contrary to other reviews and other questions on other variants of this catalytic convert...does fit! 21437, 24197, 51240 and 49197 - this item in question (all Magnaflow) do fit..at least on my car. As I don't have a CA car, I had to purchase a plug as it comes with 2 oxygen sensor bungs/ports (and my car only has one O2 sensor). This is why I gave a 4 star review. I took the catalytic converter to both O'Reilly's and AutoZone. The threads on the first O2 sensor bung were "wonky" and do not allow the plug to thread properly for a good seal. Honestly, I needed this installed today or I would have exchanged it. So there it is. It fits! Hopefully this will help someone as I had to do a ton of research to find out which magnaflow was for my car.
