First a disclaimer because I hope people are reading the reviews: even though I personally LOVE these, the way they're described in this listing is absolutely absurd. I was really torn on how to rate this because for me it's a tremendous five-star product all the way, but it seems really counter-productive for the seller to heavily advertise a weight-beating capacity it doesn't even come close to meeting. Here's what I'm doing with them: when I do market events for my small business, I attach these hooks to some metal notice boards and turn them into a jewelry display, using hanging cards with the jewelry on them. It works AMAZINGLY well for this, as an alternative to something like a pegboard. This has a really clean appearance because the backdrop is solid instead of full of holes, and I can place the hooks however I want because they don't need to line up to a hole grid. The magnets are just strong enough that they don't fall off super easily (pegboard hooks can be super wobbly and easy to detach), but not so strong that they're difficult to pull off so I don't have to worry about scratching the boards trying to get them off.I've now ordered several sets of these and I LOVE them. But it's truly wild for the seller to describe these as being able to hold 15 pounds! I'd be really surprised if they could hold one pound! These are great for holding lightweight items like maybe kitchen utensils (as shown in the product video) or lightweight jewelry like mine. But they absolutely will not bear real weight. This is a perfectly delightful item, the sellers just need to be honest about what it's capable of or they're just going to end up with a parade of disappointed customers and bad reviews. I don't really get what the point of the deceptive description is.

These were smaller than what I had in mind, but they are PERFECT for what I needed!!I hunted these down while gathering items for a cruise. But in my daily life, I do air-dry a LOT of my items, so I placed these magnets on the side of my washing machine for easy access. (See my pic.)

I got these to stick to a power rack to hold (plastic) collars for a barbell. They work great. The packaging was a mess but they weren’t damaged. There’s no way they hold 15lbs—I put a 2.5lb plate on one and it knocked the hook off easily. I’d say it holds .75-1 pound and no more. Still, it’s just what I needed.

There is a magnetic wall in my store that needed some hooks to display small products. I was pleasantly surprised that the magnets in these hooks were surprisingly strong. Probably enough to hold 2 or 3 pounds--plenty for the small products I wanted to display. I had to paint mine black to match the fixture, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Use these to hang utensils on the side of my fridge. The magnets that come with them are smaller/not as strong as I need, so I swapped their base out with some hooks with a larger magnet base I bought on Amazon. (The bases are interchangeable.) With the help of another strong earth magnet underneath, they can hold 1 set of metal measuring cups, but not 2. No problems holding a set of metal measuring spoons, several whisks, several silicone spatulas, or anything else in my utensil drawer (which now has much less stuff in it, I can find things, and I can get the drawer open without something getting stuck).

These hooks are perfect for being able to hang additional things in my craft room. The strength of the magnets is incredible and so worth the purchase.

Description said holds 15 lbs. It does not. Couldnt hold a back pack. Might be good for pot holders but other than that probably nothing. Holds weight of less than a single pound.
