This organizer has cleaned up my cluttered work locker. I put my pens, name tag, belt and other knickknacks in it. The magnets are strong and it works well stuck to the inside of my locker door. Easy to place on metal objects like lockers, fridges. Good quality, nice size. Love the color- I chose pink
