Anyone with an RV knows everything needs to have at least two uses because of limited space.This little flash light can beused at night under the hood by using the magnet.I will use the telescopic/goose neck as a reading light but placing it on the shelf next to meThe telescopic option can come in handy if we need to find something in our storage compartment when we arrive at the campsite late.I love the size and it is pretty bright for being such a small flashlight. It fits easily into our small little tool bag we keep inside our RV when the big tool bag is outside.

The LED flashlight on this pickup tool is pretty bright, much brighter than my other lighted, magnetic pickup tool. The Sardvisa pickup tool takes four LR44 batteries which are included. In fact, the batteries come preinstalled. To get to the battery pack, you unscrew the LED portion of the flashlight and remove it. You will then see the top of the battery pack. Don’t try to pry the battery pack out. It is not tight or otherwise stuck but screwed into place. The battery back itself is plastic and as I said, it also screws and unscrews from inside the flashlight so you can either install and uninstall the battery pack as needed. I like this feature. It ensures that batteries are secured in place and you won’t have to worry about accidently dropping those little, round batteries onto the floor where you know they will roll out of sight and underneath something. It also makes it easier to store the batteries if you do not like to keep batteries in your tools when you are not using them.The magnet on this pickup tool isn’t too bad. I was using my Milwaukee razor knife and dropped it onto the floor and this pickup tool didn’t have any problem lifting it up. There are actually two magnets on this pickup tool. The magnet on the lighted end is a little weaker than the magnet on the butt end of the pickup tool.One other feature that I like on this pickup tool is it has a flex neck on the lighted end so you can bend it to get into tight areas.I think this is a very good pickup tool and a nice addition to the workshop.
